keys to happy in your marriage.. :)

Almost every marriage starts out as a huge celebration. Together with their family and friends, each couple is full of hopes and dreams for their future life together. But the road to a happy marriage is far from easy. And as today’s divorce statistics demonstrate all too well, many couples opt not to complete the journey.
It would be easy to blame our high rate of marital failure on things like not spending enough quality time together, allowing bitterness and resentment to build in our hearts and failing to keep communication lines open. There’s no end to books, articles and seminars that tell you how to improve these and many other aspects of your relationship. But while quality time, forgiveness and communication are vitally important to creating a happy marriage, if such things aren’t happening, it’s usually a sign of a much deeper problem. And until this problem is addressed, no amount of external behavior modification will work.
I believe that virtually every marital problem can be traced back to one or both partners failing to abide by these two laws. The same is true of any relationship. The minute we begin to focus on our own wants and needs over those of God or our partner; we’re destined for trouble.
Experiencing communication problems in your marriage? How often do you really focus on listening to what your partner (or God) has to say instead of insisting on more airtime? Feeling bitterness and resentment growing toward your partner? When was the last time you brought him or her before the Lord in prayer and truly thanked God for your relationship? Struggling to find quality time together? How about praying with your partner and asking God how he would like you to use your time?
As you begin to do these things, you’ll notice that your focus automatically starts to shift away from you and your desires and over to God and your partner. As a result, communication problems begin to improve, anger and resentment fade away and you naturally want to spend more time together. Of course, you can’t expect such changes to happen overnight. Your relationship is also bound to face financial pressures, childrearing issues and other problems that are beyond your control. But if you commit your relationship to God and make a conscious decision each day to put God and your partner first, your marriage will be able to weather any storm. Not only that; you’ll also have plenty of fun together along the way!
Have you struggled to find happiness in your marriage? Perhaps it’s time you and your spouse invited God to direct your relationship..

money..money..and money...

Money, nowadays, can be of different forms, shapes and colors. Everything started with coins, after that notes, cheques and credit cards started to appear. But than, with the development of new technologies, people realized that it wasn't enough to have notes, coins and such-like things... That's why web money was invented, with the help of which people could pay for everything they bought online. The way money looks varies from country to country. It also plays a very important role in promoting political or economic beliefs or ideas.According to another definition, money is somebody's wealth, including all those things they own. And nowadays this definition is the most popular and widespread. If a person doesn't have enough money he or she is not considered to be a real representative of a human-being in the modern world. Prosperous is the word that is used for describing rich and very successful individuals. And we all are trying hard to be called, described and addressed this way.Sales training is a good thing to invest in. Why? Education is a very important thing in every country. Your company is also a small copy of country and society. People all over the world need one and the same thing - prosperity and peace. If we separate one from another, we'll see that no life is possible after that. What can a person who lives in peace do without money? Is it really enough to sit in peace in a small room without driving a good car, traveling, discovering something new? No! At the same time, money is nothing during wars. People simply don't have time and opportunity to spend or invest it. Hence, if you have money, spend it (wisely of course). Spend it on people who work in your company, spend on sales training, other kinds of coaching and promo campaigns.Only educated workforce can understand the importance of every customer and, consequently, the importance of producing high quality goods. If you are in two minds about investing in sales training, you should always remember the word "prosperous" and decide whether you want you and your employees to be described this way.

what is friendship about?

A lot of people go through life with only a few of friend..it seem that some have less than that..they have no one on whom they can calls in good time or bad...there is no one with whom to bounce ideas around,or to talk about deep or troubling subject...they have no one to calls in time of need or difficult...they are at the mercy of life,,standing alone....

others seem to have a multitude of friends...wherever they go,people know them, and like to be around them....should trouble strike, their biggest hesitation might be over which friends to call...they know exactly the person with whom to discuss the topic of inquiry and debate...life is full of entertaining and invigorating relationship because it is full of friends...
there ought to be a course in school of friendship...of course some people are perfectly happy to operate with fewer friends...they might rather have a few deep and loyal friends..than many superficial ones...other thrive best when friends are everywhere and numerous... it is not so much the number of friends that is important as is the possession of friends period...
friendship is blessing...and a friends is a channel through whom great emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical blessing flow...friends can cheer us when we're sorrowful or depressed...friends can challenge us when we allow ourselves to get beyond our reasonable boundaries...friends can motivate us when we're ready to give in, and they can provide for us when life falls apart...they are there when all is well..and we want someone with whom to share life's pleasant and memorable moment...we often just want them around to have a good time, to laugh, to act silly, to enjoy some mutually liked activities..in how many ways have friends enriched our lives and made us feel love, accepted, respected, and cares for?probably, too many to list, and the list grows daily...

THE ARE SOME STEPS TO MAINTAIN AND SUSTAIN OUR RELATIONSHIP :

1)appreciate your friends...friends are like being on the toilet..you can damp on them, and everything you damp will eventually flush away..

2)make sure it's two sided..you don't have to be the only one trying to make the relationship work out...the other person have to do the same...or else all your work would be for nothings..

3)show interest..make you friends feel special...again with the two sided things...

4)have fun together...

5)trust each other...make sure you are both keeping your promises..

6)cry together...be there for your friends..and if they feel same about you, there will be there for you... =)

7)support each other through good time and bad...even if there aren't very popular, stick by their side they will truly appreciate that...

8)understand that in every friendships there will be arguments...but it's doesn't mean that the friendship is over...

9)keep in touch...this applies when your friends live far away...

10)respect your friends...

friends until the ends.. <3
